If there is a fit, EMS Blood Consultants will recommend the most appropriate path forward and define a customized scope of work. This may include recommended priorities, deliverables, timelines, and consulting fees based on your agency’s needs. Once we have a completed Consulting Agreement that lays out the plan to implement a whole blood program for your agency, and we agree on fees and expenses, we will move forward with in-depth consulting and problem-solving.

Consulting support is tailored to your agency and may include blood bank/collector coordination and compliance, medical direction support, FDA/AABB/CAP/State regulatory compliance, equipment and logistics guidance, stakeholder alignment, and overall program and process development. The goal is to help your agency build a practical plan with more clarity, structure, and confidence. 

As your agency moves closer to implementation, support can include training recommendations, rollout planning, launch preparation, and guidance during early program execution. 

We will be there after your agency implements Pre-Hospital Whole Blood to assist with issues as they arise. We offer continuing education for your staff and new-hires as needed.
